While Visa-Pro.uk maintains a 95% success rate due to our detailed pre-submission audits, the final decision to approve or refuse a visa rests solely with the Home Office caseworker. We cannot and do not guarantee that your visa will be granted. We are not liable for any financial losses, travel disruptions, or employer contract issues resulting from official visa rejections.
